01 — Web app development

Real products, not clickable prototypes.

We build multi-tenant SaaS the whole way down: auth, roles, row-level security, billing, background jobs, PDF generation, transactional email, and the boring admin tooling that decides whether a product survives its first hundred customers.

MyRoofPlan.com and MyRoofMap.com both run on this stack today, handling live payments and real field crews.

02 — AI-native engineering

AI inside the product, not bolted onto the marketing page.

A chat box in the corner is not an AI product. We use models where they actually remove work: reading imagery, extracting structure from documents, drafting the first version of something a human then approves, and automating the steps nobody wanted to do by hand.

We build the evaluation and guardrails alongside it, so the feature still behaves next quarter.

03 — Devices and living rooms

iPhone apps, Ring apps, and the screen on the wall.

Most software stops at the browser. We keep going: native mobile apps published on the App Store and Google Play, applications for the Ring Appstore, and big-screen TV experiences built for a remote control instead of a mouse.

HomeField.tv is ours end to end, from the video pipeline to the ten-foot interface.

    Get sharp on the problem

    One working session, not a six-week engagement. We come out of it with the job to be done, the constraints, and the smallest thing worth building first.

    Ship something real in weeks

    You get a deployed, usable version early, running on production infrastructure. Feedback on software beats feedback on a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Harden it

    Auth, permissions, payments, backups, monitoring, and the failure paths. This is the part that gets skipped, and it is the part that bites.

  4. 04

    Keep it alive

    We stay on. Platform rules change, dependencies break, and stores move the goalposts. Someone has to be there when they do.

About

Two people, one company, everything built in-house.

Farm and Capital, LLC is a husband-and-wife team. We are the designers, the engineers, the people who answer support email, and the people whose name is on the LLC. That is the whole org chart, and it is the point.

Working this way means decisions take minutes instead of sprints, nothing gets lost in a handoff between a design team and a dev team, and the person who wrote the code is the person who has to live with it. We are betting the studio on AI-assisted engineering, which is how two people ship on five platforms at once.

We are based in the United States and work with a deliberately short client list, because that is the only way to stay this involved in every project.
